Writers Resist: Louder Together for Free Expression
byEssential to our lives in a democracy is the right to free expression. PEN American Center is hosting a gathering and rally on the steps of the New York Public Library, 12 January 2017, on the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. There will be brief readings from chosen texts, and all are invited to gather in defense of this essential freedom. It is an important public gathering to which all are welcome!
